Retention of Title:

I understand that ownership of goods supplied by Elite Printer Supplies Ltd remains with the company until full payment is received.

Payment Terms and Liability:

I agree to adhere to the agreed payment terms. (30 days end of month).

This application and any resulting trade account are subject to the laws of England.
